Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of offered rental equipment ("Equipment") from Next Level Rentals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Fee

  • The total order value is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2.2 Payment of Balance

  • The remaining balance of the rental fee is due prior to the Equipment being picked up or delivered. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2.3 Damage Deposit

  • A fully refundable damage deposit of 25% of the total order value is required before the rental date. This deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the Equipment, provided there are no damages or missing parts.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is available at an additional charge of $1 per kilometer, calculated one way from our location to the delivery address. The total delivery fee will be communicated to you prior to finalizing your order.

4. Rental Period

  • The rental period will begin on the agreed-upon rental start date and will continue until the Equipment is returned or picked up by the Company.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Use of Equipment

  • The Customer agrees to use the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Inspection of Equipment

  • It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect the Equipment upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to the Company immediately.

5.3 Liability for Damage

  • The Customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of the Equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. 25% of the rental fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your rental within 7 days of the rental date, you may be liable for the full rental fee.

7. Indemnification

  • The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level Rentals from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the Equipment.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments

  • Next Level Rentals reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
